  • We parked on the Old Cascade Highway at the gated bridge over Money Creek.

  • We left the road and headed up Palmer's east ridge after crossing Lowe Creek. Because the creek was dry and because we didn't know about the new bridge over the creek, we walked 1.5 miles past Lowe Creek before we noticed our mistake and backtracked.
