  Name Origin

  Named after Mary Sutliff (author of "Teanaway Country: A Hiking and Scrambling Guide to Washington's Central Cascades") of the Mountaineer's. Mary was instrumental in moving The Mountaineers experience scramble field trip to Bean Creek basin.
